Relocating outside cable line

I'm doing construction on the property outside my home and need the outside cable line relocated.  How do I schedule a service call to have that done?

I have the same issue ex. relocating cable line above ground...where is the chat icon in the top right corner of the forums' page?

How do I DM to schedule an appointment for a tech to do onsite work?
