Reissuing gift card from xfinity promotion
Hello,
I'd like to request assistance with a promotional Visa gift card I received as part of my internet offer
I still have the card, but it had expired. I hadn't used the card and the balance is full. Would it be possible to reissue the card so I can utilize the balance?

I am sorry to hear that the card you received expired before you got a chance to use it, but you have come to the right place for assistance. If your prepaid card has expired before use, unfortunately, the unused funds will be lost after the expiration date, but if you reach out to the incentive tracker team with the contact information listed here, they can see what they can do about a replacement card.
