Reimbursement for property damage expense caused by Comcast/Xfinity contractor

Several months ago a contractor working for Xfinity installing fiber cable caused damage to previously installed fiber belonging to a different provider. Damage required multiple holes to be dug in my yard. Contractor eventually agreed to compensate for repair of the yard damage. I requested compensation for additional irrigation to support the new sod. The request was denied from the contractor. I am requesting Xfinity to make the situation correct and compensate for the additional water usage to support the new sod..

Hello user_k4alx6 thank you so much for following up on your initial post. As we did not hear from you 1-1, we cannot provide any additional details at this time.  We'd love to look into this for you further and provide any additional solutions possible, but from the sounds of this the property damage claim was processed and submitted back in October(date of the Original Post)
