Regretting my decision
My wife and I are two retired military veterans that just purchased a home two months ago Ocala, Fl. I thought that I had made a good choice in obtaining xfinity as our Internet service provider. We’ve been without service since July 2nd. We were told that a technician would come out on the next day between 12-7pm. No one showed up, yet told a lie and sent a message that they missed us. My wife and I were both in our living room. Waiting. No technician today, my wife was told between 10-6pm. Our home has been left unsecured due to not having WiFi. (ADT and Ring) both are offline. I don’t want to talk to an AI bot anymore. If anyone can read this, do not get their service. Period. It’s a scam.
