Regarding rebate

I am so frustrated at Xfinity at this point I’m going to explode. We have been getting the run around from  Xfinity since April!!! We have never received our rebate from the promotion that was running back then,where  you would pay off old phones and send a rebate. XFINITY has our phones and we NEVER RECEIVED OUR REBATE!!! We have called multiple times, I’ve been to the store twice!! We had a ticket opened up and we were denied. Ticket [Edited: Personal information]. I want a district managers help at this point!!!!

This plan is designed to reimburse you with a prepaid visa gift card in the amount specified in the promotion. We will need to take a closer look at your accoutn to determine the next best steps.
