Regarding issue with transferring to new address

Hi 

I just transferred to my new address. Before transfer to this new address, Xfinity told me that it will free transfer and I don't need to pay anything extra. But now Xfinity charging $100 for this transfer which I unfair 

Also, Xfinity increase my monthly bill from $ 25 to $40 at this new address

How to send direct message

I am not seeing any direct message icon

Can you go into your profile and make sure enable direct messaging is active? There should be the option to send the message if enabled.
