Refund

I have been on the phone for hours over the last two months and all I get are people who barely speak English and make these promises but never give the credit. I was charged for MLB on my May 1, 2026 bill $149.99 plus taxes. I never ordered this product nor do I have it. I have loads of documentation of how many people I have chatted with and they are NOT professional and they do nothing but LIE. It is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD to bill customers but you all continue to get by with it. How many customers especially seniors do you all steal from daily. Truly unprofessional. I want a call back from an English speaking representative from your company before I go the lawyer route.

I recorded my last conversation where I was told on 05-22-2026 from both Anurag and Ariva that the credit would be on this upcoming bill. Today you fraudulently billed my account for $259.16 which does not include any credits. I have spent countless hours on this but am not only representing myself but the many others you steal from. Unbelievable that you run a business like this.

I am asking that someone from your corporate office call me. I have been trying to get FRAUD charge on my May 1st bill taken care of for $149.99 plus taxes along with credit for being out of service as well. I have put hours into this and been told over and over the credits have been issued. I have complete documentation and I am willing to go to court if needed. How many other customers are being frauded?

Hi there, @user_dhesvi I completely understand your frustration, and I’m truly sorry for the time and effort you’ve had to put into this. This is never the experience we want for you. I definitely want to help make sure this is fully addressed. I understand you’re requesting a call from our corporate office regarding the disputed $149.99 charge from your May 1st bill, as well as credits for the time you were without service. From there, we’ll make sure your case is thoroughly reviewed and escalated to the appropriate team for follow-up.
