I want to know when credit will  be applied to all the accounts that are paying for ABC?!!’

Hello @user_nywrfn and thank you for posting your concern on our Xfinity Community forums regarding this programming issue. 

As you infer in your message, the programming for ABC is currently not available as our agreement with the network has expired as of 3/31.  Xfinity does pay program content owners to bring you the channels you enjoy watching, and we have made several reasonable offers which have not been accepted by the channel owners.  We are working hard to bringing the channels back, but only if the channel owners will give us fair pricing, terms and conditions for our customers. 

We're aware that unexpected changes to your television lineup can be very frustrating, and we are working diligently to rectify this as quickly as possible.

While we may not be able to provide a bill reduction for the loss of a specific channel, we can always check to see if any lower priced options are available that would reduce your monthly rate.  If that thought appeals to you, please let us know, and we can further assist you.
