Refund

When will I get my refund. It has been well over a month since I received an email saying that my refund is " ready". I have called multiple times and every time I was given a different answer.  The refund was never issued within the time frame stated.  Please resolve this issue ASAP.

@Good morning @user_3hk8on, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your refund, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. When you got the email that the refund was ready, did it come with instructions on how you would like to receive the refund?

It said  the refund would be sent to my credit card.  If this was not possible I would get another email to select a payment method. I did not get another email. On the next call I was told it I would get a check in the mail, didn't happen. On the next call I was told it was being held due to equipment not returned. I explained that it was returned in person to the store in Berwyn IL and I have a receipt. Agent said he marked it as retuned and refund would be sent to my card, didn't happen. On the next call the agent spoke to his supervisor who spoke to refund dept.  He said it would be sent to my card in the next day or two and he would call me at 10:00 am est today to confirm, didn't happen.
