Refund

I’m very upset and will cancel my Comcast services. On 10/9 my wife and I drove through Canada for 6 hours. She accumulated $541 of international charges as she scrolled social media. Upon learning of this, I contacted customer service and after a supervisor was called in was informed the charges would be reversed. Today, upon finding the charges reappearing, I again contacted customer service and was told that the charges would not be reversed and the prior service rep/supervisor were wrong.
