You can quickly and easily request a service adjustment online using our self-service options. Please visit our Xfinity Status Center and sign in with your Primary Xfinity ID. Once you sign in, you would just need to scroll down and select the "You may be eligible for a credit. Check eligibility" link. Service adjustments will be based on eligibility.
