I can't connect to the now wifi pass I paid for or log in. I tried everything  and still doesn't work so I would like my money back now

All inquiries for NOW Wi-Fi would need to go to the phone number provided on the confirmation email you received when you bought your pass. I sincerely apologize we currently do not have support NOW Wi-Fi over the community forums platform.
