Refund Visa Expired

I was issued a refund on a Visa card and it expired before I ever got to use it. Is there any way to get a new one sent to me?

Thank you for reaching out to us @Jrbamba92! Unfortunately, visa gift cards that have had any amount used cannot be reissued once expired.
