Refund Request
I really don’t know where to start. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over a year. In March of 2024 I called to have all of my services taken off except the internet. At that time I was told that I kept the internet service and had my mobile phone to Xfinity I could get 2 phone lines for free. In March of 2025 I called to check for the exact date that the promotion would end. I was told that Xfinity had been charging me the whole time. That I had never used the promotion, therefore I would be given the same promotion for another year which was 45.00 per month for internet service and 2 free lines of mobile services.
Xfinity won’t correct my account so therefore I am charged more than the promotion agreement. At one time I was given partial payment of 237.00 to my credit for over charges. I was told that they could only do for 2024 refund and that I would have to do 2025 requests separately. I didn’t know and it took months before I found out that they had put the refund as credit on my account. They continued to over charge me therefore I did another refund request. So I am at this point having nothing good to say about Comcast/Xfinity. I’m a senior and I feel taken advantage of. They lied, they miscommunicated , they made promises and the next time I called they told me that they didn’t tell me what I said. For over a year I have been trying to get my refund and have my account corrected. I am ill because of the frustration that I have been having with Xfinity. All of my checks are being returned and I have over draft charges. I was told that I would receive a refund of 599.99 in 3-5 business days and that was January 3, 2026. I have not received anything yet. Today they said that the 599.99 had been applied to my account for credit for an iPhone that I made arrangements to pay 15.16 a month for. Also I purchased an apple watch and I was told that I only had to pay a one time fee of 25.00 and that they would pay the entire amount of the watch. They stolen my money and I have been deceived by them. I am a senior and the stress from this is making me physically sick. Please help me to get my refund asap. I am disappointed, disgusted and I feel taken advantage of.
