Refund not received
My account was closed November 26, 2024. A payment was taken out of my account for the next month bill because xfinity charge a month in advance. I have called several times to customer service and I am getting the same response that I have to wait 15 days for a refund. 1st date I was told was January 6, 2025, then it would be expedited January 10, 2025, then wait another 15 days. All I want is my refund, I cannot afford to give 99.00
