Reducing our Comcast/Xfinity monthly bill

Hello, is someone in Customer Service willing to assist me in finding the best promotions and discounts for our X1 TV & Internet? What offers are available starting in August, and how long do they last? I was told by someone in billing to check back in August to find the best deal for the TV & Internet packages we have. I don't think we should have to "downgrade" TV or our Internet packages. Please let me know. We have been with Comcast for 20+ years, and cannot believe that this is not a concern for Comcast. There has to be some flexibility on your end to reduce our monthly bill, which is in the $350+ range; we paid the other day. I am hoping Customer Service can help me find a solution to reduce our monthly bill. For 2 or more years, please? I have to contact Comcast/Xfinity every year to try to have our bill reduced. Thank you.
