redeem physical reward
I was notified by email that I won A Hisense TV. As requested, I accepted the award, created an account, registered myself and have not heard a peep since. I even sent an email to the email address provided. Nothing.....Will I get a TV or not?

Thank you very much for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support. I am not familiar with any promotional plans or giveaways for the Hisense TV. Did you happen to receive this through your Xfinity email?
If you received the email through your Xfinity email, I highly recommend signing in to your email and ensure the email is from an Xfinity verified source. Next to the subject line, you should see and red Xfinity Logo which will display from Comcast/Xfinity Verified sources. You can find more information and a picture of an example of verified emails by visiting our "What Does the Xfinity Logo Next to an Email Message Mean?" support page.
Could you please give this a look to ensure you were not a participant in an Internet scam or Phishing attempt?

I was able to perform some additional research and show that back in December 2023, there was a limited time promotion for a Hisense 50" XUMO television. Were you able to get any additional information from the sponsorship team regarding the redemption of the television?
