Reconnect and bury outside wire

Hello,

On June 24th, the gas company cut my underground xfinity wire when working on the home next door. A temporary line is not possible because a tech can not get to the wire underground and the box is on the other side of the road. I have been told this would be resolved within 3 weeks. It is almost a month, nobody from the third party contract company will show and I have been out of internet/TV since June 24th. This is unacceptable. I work from home and this issue needs to be fixed asap. I have been a proud customer of xfinity for many years, boasting about the service/customer service however if this issue is not resolved soon, I do not want to be a loyal customer anymore with a company that is showing zero initiative to get my service fixed. I realize the wire cut was not xfinity’s issue to begin with, however, this issue can be fixed in a day. I do not understand why our ticket continues to get overlooked.
