Receiving multiple emails about payments being overdue or declined

I have received several emails stating my payment is overdue and my card has been declined. I go to my account and it’s fine.. is this someone else’s notice being sent to my email? If so that’s pretty concerning. I can’t get a real person on the phone so I am asking here..
