Received Xfinity cancellation email

Hello I received an email that Xfinity received a cancellation request from me but I don’t think I requested that at all.

Someone may have visited a local Xfinity Store indicating that they may be moving on to the property to start a new account. This could be one of the reasons for a disconnection request being submitted.
