Received email stating that Triple Play Package is outdated

I am assuming I need to update to a newer package,however I need to know what is available without a price increase.

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

AD40 Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to reach us. I am happy to personally work with you and look through the account to make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck. In order to get started can you sen dus a DM with your complete name and service address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
