Received cancellation email but did not request to cancel services

Just received an email stating my services will be canceled tonight at midnight but I never requested a cancellation? How do I stop this from happening?

Thank you for visiting our Xfinity Community Forums support page. We will be more than happy to assist with the account. Will you be moving from your current address soon? In some instances, when a new tenant will be moving in,they request services before there move in date.
