Hi there! If you received one of our packages that does not belong to you, you can take it to an Xfinity service center or UPS store to return it to us. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I received one as well. Xfinity can pick it up if you want, but I not going to make a special trip to return it.  How do I make sure no one has used my address to set up service?

@user_1230ba. We can double-check your address and see what may have happened.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
