reasons for outages

In the past month we have experienced complete Xfinity outages (TV, internet, phone, etc.)- each in excess of 24 hours.  Services is eventually restored, but no reasons are given for the outages that affect an entire community.

What is the reason for the outages?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

How is everything working for you as of right now? Does the Xfinity App and Xfinity Status Center show there is an active service interruption taking place? You can quickly and easily check the status of the account and services by using your Xfinity ID to sign in to any of these resources.
