Really bad service

Xfinity has thee worst customer service ever, over charging, never resolve any issues unless you occupy time out of your day after day trying to resolve any issues.They tell you that the issue was resolved after over charging and refund your money the the next month they do it over and over again. I finally had to change all my banking information just to put a stop to it. Never again will I get their service 🤬

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
