Re-Activate Peacock
Hello,
I am a new xfinity customer who had xfinity in the past. I am a platinum rewards member and I do not see the option to activate Peacock premium. From what I have read in other forums, something needs to be done on the backend to reset my status so I see the peacock activation in the rewards center. Could a xfinity employee assist please? I believe a direct message may be required. Thanks!
