Re-activate free Peacock membership from Rewards

I had redeemed and set up free Peacock membership from being a Platinum Rewards member.  Recently, I linked a new Xfinity account to my login and cancelled my previous account.  So I am still using the same Xfinity login and my Xfinity Rewards is still the same.

However, during the cancellation of previous Xfinity account, my free Peacock membership was also cancelled.  I tried re-activating it by going to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock but it says that my account isn't eligible.

Can you help me get set up with the free Peacock again?  Thanks.

Spreee15, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your issue with your Peacock account. We would be happy to help you with activating your Peacock reward. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
