Reaching customer service

Is there a way to actually speak someone at Xfinity? I have been trying to 45 minutes. I’m stuck in a really bad AI circle.

My internet has been dropping all weekend.  This morning was the second time the app said there was an outage in my area.  I was trying to find out two things.  If there really was an outage, and how to get a credit on my bill.

@user_jnuo2s We'll gladly assist with the service concerns. The Xfinity app is very accurate. Did you also get a text message notification? This would depend on your notification settings. You can also check here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap for service interruptions. How has your service been since this morning?
