Reaching a live representative
I have been trying since 7:00 am to reach a live representative. I have 2 televisions in my home. One is working properly, and one is not. They keep telling me that there is an outage. How can there be an outage when one television cable works?And the other one does not. The cable box has to be broken. I need to speak with somebody now.

@user_5bnv3m We’re aware of an issue affecting some customers’ secondary Xfinity TV Boxes and are working to restore service as quickly as possible. For now, you should be able to watch TV through your primary TV Box. You should also be able to stream content you subscribe to directly through the providers’ apps online and on your mobile devices. Or you can watch content you’ve already downloaded. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
