user_2egds9 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. From the image you shared it does appear that the cost of the home phone service is already being factored in even though it is not explicitly showing on the overview. If you take the monthly $197.08 amount and subtract the taxes and costs of both internet and video service you are left with the $20 amount tied to the home phone.

Are you advising I submit the order, although order summary does not explicitly state Home Phone as part of our plan?

Actually, if you send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address we can get an order created for you and send an approval that will show you all of the services included. Just to ensure there is no question of what services you will have going forward.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.
