order review screen - phone plan missing, while total billing price remains same
While updating plan online, I encountered the following issue:
In the cart, all 3 plans--internet, TV, and phone are clearly shown (screenshot left panel). However, on order review page (final screen where you check boxes to agree to terms and submit order), phone plan mysteriously goes missing while total billing price remains the same at $197.08 (right panel).
Comcast Digital Care Team, please explain and assist.
