Honey bees have a hive in my cable pole and I am unable to get any one to help. HELP

While we would love to be able to assist you with the bees, this is something you would need to contact pest control in your area for. Is this something you will have time to call on today? I'd like to touch base with you, and make sure you are able to get in the right direction for getting this resolved.

[Edited Removed personal information] No one will touch this job because it is your equipment.  I assume that when the tower is full of honey it will no longer work.  Also the lady who lives at this address carries an epi pen.  The lawn guy was stung 4 times.  They have a little dog that used to go out in back. No one from xfinity will step up to the plate.  I am tired of spending hours on the phone , dropped from the call, tranferred to the back of the line etc.  Hop you will get a good price for the honey when you go to service the tower.
