Random charges

I never received equipment from Xfinity. I got billed 154$ for this equipment. They just hand over your bill to a debt collector and then it is impossible to dispute it. 
I will never work with Xfinity again. They have terrible customer service, they do not understand their job or English. 
Sending you the 154$ now <3 get off my back!
