Raising a Low hanging Main line running by my property

​Hi, I had put an order in to have a low hanging line raised that runs by my property at [Edited: Personal Information]

​How ever went out to look said it is not their line. I have followed the line back to several homes and ask one of them what service they have which they stated Xfinity/Comcast.​

​Please have this line revisited and raised.​

​Also, Can you inform me on the status of this repair, seeing it is your line.​

Thanks for the images. I took a look at the ticket and show it was closed. I will be sure to open a new request to get this resolved. By chance, may I confirm is this your residence or along the street near your house.   

I no longer work for Comcast.
