low line

Hi, I had put an order in to have a low hanging line raised that runs by my property at [Edited: Personal Information]

​How ever went out to look said it is not their line. I have followed the line back to several homes and ask one of them what service they have which they stated Xfinity/Comcast.​

​Please have this line revisited and raised.​
