Question about Xfinity rewards

Hi. 

I have a question about Xfinity rewards. I'm a member, and there was an offer to pick a movie out of a choice of three. One section said the choice was free, but other sections didn't say whether it was free. The three movies were Clueless, Coming to America and Old School. I did pick one of the movies, but for some reason it says purchased after it was supposedly free. How do I know if I'm being charged for this? I'm always weary of certain options. Please let me know. I didn't want to get charged for this considering it was supposedly free. Thanks.

kissfreak1975- My team can help you with your reward concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
