Pushy Agent

I dislike when one of your agents who are suppose to be helping me with one thing add another thing into conversation. This agent repeatedly and was pushy about getting me the backup plan services and possibly lied about verifying my card information for my modem, which I’m not sure is true yet. So please help Xfinity. This makes your services unsatisfactory for me. Also adding the transcripts of the agent here. “
