Purchased movies

I moved over a year ago to a location that does not have Xfinity and up until recently I was able to watch my purchased movies using the Xfinity stream app. Now when I try to sign in on my phone, tv, or pc I get a message saying "Access not Authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service". I am not for sure what happened but I have over 70 movies that I paid for that I would like to watch. Can anyone help?

Hey there!
If you disconnect all of your Xfinity services, you can continue to watch purchased titles using Xfinity Stream (xfinity.com/stream) and the Xfinity Stream app. You’ll need your primary Xfinity ID and password to access the Xfinity Stream portal and Xfinity Stream app.

No you can't. It says access not authorized. You are not a customer.

thanks for the response Anthony but as I said earlier everything worked up to about a month ago when I am no longer able to view the movies. I posted the message I get when I try.

Hmm, that definitely is odd. Can you try logging into the Xfinity website on a desktop and see if you can find them under your purchases?

I was able to login on my pc using the same credentials. Any idea why my phone or tv's do not except the same login information?

Hmm, that is certainly strange @sphynx569! Have you attempted to uninstall the apps on the phone and tv, and then install them again? Once they are installed, can you attempt to login?

I just did uninstall and reinstall on my Iphone and I got the same error saying I must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service. I have attached a screen shot of what I am seeing.

Thanks for completing the troubleshooting steps my colleague suggested, @sphynx569. I'd like to take a further look at your account to see what we need to do to get this corrected.

In order to get started, can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?

Will xfinity reimburse us for the movies and shows that we bought but can't watch? This is happening to everyone.

This sounds like a UserID Specific issue. I'd be happy to take a look at your account to see what I can find. In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
