public forum post no internet after Xfinity did work in my general area

Xfinity seems to be at a loss as to how to get my internet back up and working after they were " in my area doing work "   I had no issues prior to this and now my internet has not come back when they said it was supposed to when they completed the work in my area. Numerous phone calls to customer support and they keep saying they see no issue on their end so now they said it has to be wiring issue which I strongly doubt because I had no problems prior to them doing whatever they did in my area.  This is beyond frustration and I need this resolved but they don't seem to have answers .  also they keep scheduling tech serve appt and then when I call back to try to get this resolved , they tell me that there is no appt scheduled! This has happened three different times even thought I receive the text confirming the appt. What is going on with Xfinity?  I need my Internet and have been out for three days now and will they even show up with this new appt allegedly scheduled?

Have you conversed with others in your area about this problem? I heard the site Nextdoor is good at conveying these questions to your fellow neighbors if you are in doubt.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
