Provisioning ONT for Customer-Owned Router

Hi,

Similar to some of the other requests like this one, I've tried to reach out to support via chat with no luck but I am a customer on the new EPON network and I'm looking to return my XER10 and connect my Ubiquiti EFG directly to the ONT. Can I get my ONT re-provisioned please?

Thanks!

Can you please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so we can take a closer look?

How to send us a direct message:

- Click “Sign In” if necessary.
- Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
- Click the “Start new conversation” icon, which looks like a pencil and paper.
- In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
- As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

Thanks for working with our team to get your router working, @user_csc42! We removed the Xfinity modem and added your own router in an order. From there, the ONU was provisioned and your router started working. We appreciate your business and that you are part of our community here on the Xfinity Forums! There is so much knowledge and know how here! We will always get the job done!
