Property Damage
I’m looking for help with property damage caused during an Xfinity installation.
The installation crew removed and cut back a significant number of limbs from mature trees on my property without discussing it with me or getting my permission. Much of the trimming did not appear necessary for the installation, and it significantly reduced the privacy the trees provided to my property.
In addition, the crew did not properly clean up the debris and branches they left behind.
What makes this even more frustrating is that after all of this damage, I still do not have working Xfinity service, and it has now been approximately six weeks since the installation process began.
I would like someone from Xfinity to contact me so I can open a formal property damage claim and get this situation resolved. I have photos of the damage and the condition the property was left in.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
