Property Damage

Hi Xfinity! I recently had a cable cord and internet installed at [Edited: "Personal Information"] on January 16th, 2026 at 8am. During the installment, the technician needed to get into a corner of the apartment. I have a LED light and its cord runs through that corner. After the technician left, the cord/wiring of my light was damaged and no longer worked. I am hoping for repare or reimbursement for this property damage. Please let me know how to achieve one of the two. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
