Property Damage
During the installation of my internet the tec fell through the floor in my attic damaging the ceiling in my garage. When it happened the tec said "well this is coming out of my paycheck" He took pictures and contacted his supervisor. I called the 1-800 number the night it happened @7:53pm. The person I spoke with said they already knew all about this, and they had his badge number and everything already. They told me someone would call me the next day. That call never happened. Now I am here trying to find out what the next step is to get this damage fixed. Please see pictures from the damage.
