My home and wiring was damaged due to Xfinity installation. I want to file a claim.

user_y54xv9 Thanks for reaching out about a recent install causing damage to the home. I would be happy to help you with putting in a damage claim for the damages done by the tech. This certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers, and I'm happy to help. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I have a similar need, but do not see this direct messaging option. Ive already tried navigating directly to the direct messaging URL, but it does not work. What am I missing?

Will someone be responding soon about my damages?  
 It has been difficult to get anyone to respond after numerous attempts on phone, email, app and website.
