Property Damage

Xfinity has internet lines literally strung up in a tree draped low across the end of my road. A car hit these lines causing a chain reaction that snapped a utility pole in my yard off at the base damaging my fence. The pole has been suspended dangerously over my neighbors yard in a tree and no one at Xfinity will fix the issue. We’ve been sold by several technicians someone would be out to assess and pay for the damage and remove the pole and no one will contact us or return our calls and messages. How do I file a property damage claim?
