Property Damage

A tech had to climb on my roof to put the line in and broke my meter. That was a year ago! Nobody has contacted me yet about it even though I talk to someone a few times, 4,000 to replace and he didn’t even report that he damaged something on my home! Now it’s worse and have to be replaced right away but who do I talk to?
