Property Damage

My car was hit by a Comcast truck, and I don't know where to file a claim for the damage it caused. I have the police report detailing the accident and they've identified the comcast driver as the one at fault. How do I remedy this?

I responded to this shared handle, but didn't hear back. Can someone call me? The driver of the Comcast truck irreparably damaged a brand new bike rack attached to my car, I would like you to replace it.
