Property Damage

Over the summer, Comcast installed infrastructure cabling throughout our new subdivision.  Part of this work entailed the installation of conduit and cabling.  Our lawn was dug up to guide the conduit installation near an electrical box.  Unfortunately, the contractor did not repair our lawn.  How do I get Comcast or their contractors to repair the damage they caused?

Property Damage

Over the past week or so, Comcast started installing infrastructure cabling throughout the community.  Part of this work entailed the installation of conduit and cabling.  The association’s lawn was dug up and sprinklers were broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t reach anyone at Comcast to explain the work or request an approval from the association, the contractors are still parked on the lawn.
How do I get Comcast and their contractors to repair the damage they are causing? How long should this work be expected to last?

2 months back, Comcast contractor installed or changed cabling going thru our lawn. Our lawn was dug up for cabling installation. Unfortunately, the contractor did not repair our lawn. How do I get Comcast or their contractors to repair the damage they caused?
