Property damage ticket

Comcast came in a couple of weeks ago to trench a cable for my neighbour that has to go through my property easement, instead of going through the easement area properly they just dug a big hole in the middle of my front yard, I had to contact comcast and get them back to move the cable. Now I have 2 tickets open, 1 for them to come back and move the cable into the easement area, second one for property damage to my lawn and sprinkler system. When I opened the property damage ticket, the lady setup a call for me for their "higher support" to call me back at 5:00 PM next day, never happened and no one contacted through email either to explain why no one called at the appointment time. Now several days passed, nothing happened no movement on the ticket and no update despite the ticket itself said "you can expect us reaching out within 1 business day". I hope this is not typical behavior for comcast on these type of issues, does not look like behaviors from a large, responsible and reputable company at all!

I'm gathering all ny documents, if nothing comes from Comcast still, I'll file the claim in the small amount claim court, hopefully the court will get them to respond.

I tried to post a follow up but I don't know what tricks have been played and my comments are always set as "private" so no one else can see, I'm posting it below in the original message:

OK, just wanted to provide some update and inform folks in similar situation as me that trying to find some solutions some headsup from my personal experience:

You will likely get a note saying pls. DM me, like I did, and they have agents who monitor this forum chatting with you, they will create  ticket and sounds like they are genuinely interested to help you to get a fair resolution.

In my experience, after dealing with them for this damage claim it's largely a waste of time using this forum channel:

My first ticket was closed without anyone even contact me, the agents in this forum did create a 2nd ticket but it's going nowhere, as if it's just show and to exhaust your patience so that you give up on your own: Comcast uses 3rd party insurance to handle the damage claim, in my case it's ITG. The ITG agent initially just lied and stated they have contacted me to resolve the issue, while in fact they have done nothing, I gave credit to the agents here that they did reach out to me to ask if I was contacted. Only after that I got a phone call from ITG agent and said he will update me when he has more info. for the next steps, and the next thing I know he sent the subcontractor who initially trespassed my land and did the damage to come in and assess the damage, what would you expect him to do? That's what I call a conflict of interest, you send someone to assess his won damage, he will deny anything. So the subcontractor came in and said the sprinkler was not damaged by them and the holes they dug in the middle of my front yard just need some top soil. I reached out to ITG telling them I disagree with this and request them to send in a 3rd party professional to perform an assessment, never get any answer. I reached out to the agents here asking them to request ITG to call me back through their ticketing system, 3 days passed no one contacted me. I reached out again to the agents here, now I'm being told everything is done according to official policy-- including not getting back to me at all? Give me a break, now the agents here are saying the only thing they can do is creating yet another ticket to review.

So I'm telling everyone from my own experience, I think the whole thing here is just playing the ticketing game and exhaust the home owners so that you give up on your own, there is no intention at all to give a fair resolution to any damages.

I'm preparing all my documents, I'm thinking at this point I might have a better luck trying to convince a court rather than wasting my time on the stupid ticketing games. And I will be mailing a registered mail to their legal office at:

1701 John F Kennedy Blvd
Philadelphia, PA 19103
stating my intention and reminds them: all the damages described here were done when their subcontractor worked outside of the legal easement area and trespassed my land, had they not done the trespassing none of these would have happened. And we will see what the court's opinion will be on this.
