Property damage claim - no response for 2 weeks

I have a property damage claim [Edited: "Personal Information"], submitted on May 1st!! You have still not responded to it, even though your website and you support said that it will be resolved in 2 weeks!
I will proceed to contacting consumer protection agencies, local government agencies and news outlets to show the world what a horrible company you are and the inadequate support you provide for customers!

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Press Enter to send it

You said that I will get a callback yesterday to get this scheduled. I have not received any call yet! It's been another 2 days!
